The 12 Week Year
Brian P Moran
I hated this book. I picked it up after seeing self-improvement channels on Youtube discuss it. Honestly, the discussions were more useful to me than the actual book, which is repetitive and condescending. The idea is that you should treat each block of 12 weeks as one whole year to make better use of your time, as people usually only make progress on their goals as the pressure of the end of the year looms closer. Fair enough in theory, though I didn’t agree with the author’s take that this is different from quarterly planning.
